We offer unlimited technical support to all customers for free. Whether you’re after some advice or you have a technical query our team is available by phone or email Monday to Friday between 8am and 4.30pm.
Schools who are new to using our CMS can receive one-to-one training with one of our experienced Implementation Specialists to help get them up and running quickly.
When you just need a quick reminder, we also have handy in-software step by step tutorials and training videos which can be accessed 24x7.

It can be easily accessed when logged in to the CMS.
Our support offering is not just for new customers. We’re also committed to making sure customers achieve success with their website long after it’s launched.
