In order to request a copy of personal data that e4education holds about you, please complete the form below.

Identification

As soon as we have received your request, we will email you for validation and identification.

We require confirmation of your identify before we are able to proceed. This could be a copy of your current and valid photo ID (e.g. passport photo page, driving licence).

To speed up processing, if you already have a copy of your identification you may submit it with this request.

Once your request is confirmed, we will action within 30 days (including weekends and bank holidays). Whilst we will endeavour to process your request in advance of this deadline, we cannot guarantee that this will be the case.

There is no fee for gathering and supplying a single copy of this data. If multiple copies are required this may be subject to an admin fee.
