Turn your school into a remote learning expert
If your school is unable to operate due to a lockdown, illness, or adverse weather conditions, it’s vital your students don’t fall behind in their work. Being able to offer a remote learning provision is essential. Turn your school into a remote learning expert by adding our remote learning zone to your school website.
In addition to this, we've collaborated with Greenshaw Learning Trust (GLT) to provide secondary schools with free access to their comprehensive library of video lessons. The Greenshaw Secondary Virtual Curriculum has been created by curriculum experts for years 7-10 (KS3 and KS4). These video lessons can be displayed on your school website for free to create a dedicated remote learning environment.

Adding a remote learning zone to your school website
e4education customers
Once activated by your account executive, use the e4education proprietary content management system (CMS), to host your dedicated remote learning zone.
Select the year group and add the videos by subject. You have the option of adding additional text for each video displayed if required.
Non e4education customers
The Greenshaw Virtual Curriculum is already available to all secondary schools through the Greenshaw Learning Trust website but now you can display the content on your own school website, even if it’s not hosted by e4education.
All you need to do is send us a request and we'll send you the details for how to access the content through our API and how to add it to your website.
Accessing the content offline
We want the Greenshaw Learning Trust content to be accessible to everyone. That's why we've created a way for students with limited or no access to the Internet to access an offline version of the content via a portable storage device such as a USB, CD or DVD.
What our customers say...
-
We now have over 4500 lessons freely available to anyone from our website. Lessons flow seamlessly from retrieval quiz, to video, to exit ticket quiz. The quizzes are self-marking and even give the answers upon completion too. In addition to making it easer for students to use one single link and platform for their lessons, it also means schools only need one link to add to their scheme of work and communicate with students.
Rhiannon Rainbow, Greenshaw Learning Trust -
The expertise, patience and efficiency of the dedicated staff at e4education made remote learning feel like it was an exciting challenge! We are now using the functionality as a way to share freely our CPD resources and recordings. I am confident that the team at e4education are the right ones to be in partnership with and would strongly recommend them to anyone.
